• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

• Course fees are payable in advance of course commencement
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Course materials and access are provided upon successful payment
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all courses. If you are not satisfied with your course within 7 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cohortnest@gmail.com.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials
• Course content is for personal use and learning purposes only
• Projects created during courses may be used in your portfolio

Students must maintain professional behavior and respect for instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

CohortNest provides training services but cannot guarantee specific job outcomes or salary increases. We are not responsible for individual career results, which depend on various factors including market conditions and personal effort.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
